Professional skills enhancement in Finland 🇫🇮 - Tips & Tricks & Options
Another interactive workshop was conducted today about professional skills enhancement in Finland 🇫🇮. Some key areas are discussed as a group and individually to take practical steps to speed up 💪 the professional journey in Finland 👨🏫 . Such as;
✅ What are the choices for a skilled foreign worker in Finland?
✅ Are you differentiating between various skills and competencies?
✅ Acquiring and polishing skills and competencies for the Finnish work environment.
✅ One-One skills and competence discussion with participants.
✅ Breaking the barriers to finding suitable employment.

#TeamGimara yhteistyössä Talent Hub Lahden kanssa järjesti tänään interaktiivisen työpajan ammatillisen osaamisen kehittämisestä Suomessa 🇫🇮 . Joistakin avainasioista keskusteltiin ryhmässä ja yksilöllisesti (valmentajien ja osallistujien kesken) käytännön toimien nopeuttamiseksi ammatillisen matkan nopeuttamiseksi Suomessa 🇫🇮.
Esimerkiksi:
▶ Mitä vaihtoehtoja ammattitaitoisella ulkomaalaisella työntekijällä on Suomessa?
▶ Mitä eroa on taitojen ja kompetenssien välillä?
▶ Miten hiotaan ja hankitaan taitoja ja osaamista vastaamaan suomalaista työympäristöä?
▶ Miten rikotaan sopivan työn löytämisen esteitä?
▶ Työpajassa käytiin myös yksilöllisiä keskusteluja taidoista ja osaamisesta osallistujien kanssa.
Voimme kaikki yhdessä hyödyntää korkeasti koulutettuja työntekijöitä Suomessa. Suuri kiitos kaikille yhteistyökumppaneille ja osallistujille! Toivottavasti nähdään taas seuraavassa työpajassa!

About Author
Afnan works as a Head of Development and Internationalisation at Gimara. He also worked as an RDI Specialist at LAB University of Applied Sciences. Previously, he worked as a coach and company coordinator at Arffman-Barona. He has Post-Doc from Sweden and a PhD in Product Development and Innovations from Finland. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree (PharmD) in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Punjab, majoring in production. Afnan can take a holistic approach to innovation throughout any product and service development lifecycle. He can understand the market needs and develop a product that the market wants.
