Workshop with foreign talents in Finland

Another week and another workshop 🤓😇. This week, we have done an interactive workshop 👥 with International Talents 🧠 in the Lahti region. The group was a good combination of newly arrived Talents and experienced ones in the Lahti region 🌍 🇫🇮. We covered various topics 📝 and did real-time practice 🤝. Some of the topics covered are as follows 🤓:

💢 Nailing the interviews in the Finnish job market

All the clients actively participated 💪, shared their know-how about the Finnish job market 🔖, posed insightful questions 🙋‍♀️ 🙋, and helped the other group members 😌.

Toinen viikko ja uusi työpaja 🤓😇. Tällä viikolla meillä oli jälleen vuorovaikutteinen työpaja 👥 kansainvälisten osaajien kanssa 🧠 Lahdessa. Ryhmä oli erinomainen kombinaatio juuri Suomeen saapuneita ja jo Lahdessa pitkään asuneita henkilöitä 🌍 🇫🇮. Afnan Zafar, PhD. 

Afnan works as a Head of Development and Internationalisation at Gimara. He also worked as an RDI Specialist at LAB University of Applied Sciences. Previously, he worked as a coach and company coordinator at Arffman-Barona. He has Post-Doc from Sweden and a PhD in Product Development and Innovations from Finland. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree (PharmD) in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Punjab, majoring in production. Afnan can take a holistic approach to innovation throughout any product and service development lifecycle. He can understand the market needs and develop a product that the market wants.
